A message from our CEO: We’re committed to doing our part

To better support the health, safety and well-being of our employees, members and communities, we’re temporarily altering service delivery in our advice centres.

As a credit union, we recognize our responsibility to provide essential services to our members. We’ve also seen our provincial health authority increase their tone of urgency regarding the ability of the health care system to cope with provincial COVID-19 pandemic volumes. Extraordinary efforts are being made by governments, businesses, families and individuals to help reduce community transmission of the virus and to “flatten the curve”. 

In continuing to do our part, we will implement temporary changes to service delivery in our advice centres starting Monday, March 30.

Access at advice centres will be restricted but we’re still here to serve and support you

Beginning Monday, March 30, 2020 we’ll be restricting access to 47 of our advice centres across the province. Employees will still be working from these centres, but entry doors will remain locked. If members have a specific need that cannot be met through another channel, we ask that you call us first to discuss the need. These restricted access locations will have advisors available 10am to 3pm, Monday to Friday.

Nine advice centres (Saskatoon: Eighth Street, City Centre, Westview, St. Mary’s and River Heights; Regina: Rochdale and South Albert; Prince Albert; Estevan) will have their doors open, however, we continue to ask members to utilize other ways to bank as opposed to visiting these locations. Members who do attend will be asked to practice physical distancing and follow other protocols – measures that are intended to protect both members and employees.  These nine centres will be open 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, and will be closed on Saturday.

Ways to bank with us remotely

We offer a number of secure ways to bank without having to visit an advice centre:

  • Reach out to our Contact Centre at 1.866.863.6237. Our specialists are equipped to help you with all of your banking, borrowing and investment needs. We’re open Monday to Friday 7am to 8pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm and Sunday 12pm to 4pm.
