Deposit Anywhere™ lets you securely deposit cheques from anywhere using the camera on your mobile device and the Affinity Mobile app.
Select Deposit Anywhere™ in the app, photograph the front and back of the cheque, enter the deposit amount and then choose the account where your deposit’s heading. Now that your deposit’s done, write “Deposited via Mobile Banking, (date)” on the back of the cheque and keep it for 90 days. After that, you can shred the cheque.
Mobile deposits are protected and confidential. Cheque images aren’t stored on your device and are purged once the transaction is complete. Make sure the internet connection you’re using is secure before making mobile deposits.

No, each cheque must be deposited separately. Once the deposit is confirmed and accepted, you’ll receive a confirmation message that it arrived in your account successfully. You’ll then have the option to deposit another cheque.
No, you can only deposit cheques in Canadian dollars with Deposit Anywhere™ and only into accounts located in Canada.
There’s no deposit dollar limit. Only one cheque can be deposited at a time, and there’s no limit on the number of Deposit Anywhere™ transactions that can be done each day.
No. Logging onto the Affinity Mobile app serves as your digital endorsement.
You can review details and make changes on the deposit confirmation screen before submitting. We also double-check the deposit information to ensure the right amount is entered and if it’s not, we’ll ask you to resubmit the deposit with the correct amount.
