- Make sure your internet browser is updated to the newest version. Whether you use Microsoft Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Mozilla Firefox or any other browser, the newest version will give you the best online banking experience and the highest level of security. If you have a really old version, online banking may not work with your browser.
- Make sure cookies are enabled on your browser. Your browser’s help section will include instructions on how to do this.
