We’re looking for new member representatives to join our member councils! Could that be you?
Here’s what it looks like:
- Direct funding to local community projects and initiatives across Saskatchewan. In 2026, member councils awarded nearly $1.7 million in Community Development Funding on behalf of Affinity!
- Support the next generation of leaders by selecting 21 Affinity Co-operative Award recipients, each receiving a leadership program experience and $2,500.
- Represent Affinity by attending events and member council meetings.
Enjoy these exclusive member council perks:
- Receive $100 credit to go towards Affinity merch.
- Direct $200 from Affinity to a community organization or charity you care about.
- Receive a per diem of up to $225 per meeting, as well as travel cost reimbursement and supper at in-person meetings.
Interested in joining your local member council? You have until Monday, August 31 at 12 pm to apply.
We’re looking for applications from across the province, particularly in Hudson Bay, Borden, Humboldt, Melfort, Watson, Saskatoon, Shaunavon, Davidson, Nokomis and Strasbourg. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, live in Saskatchewan, have been an Affinity member for at least one year and use Affinity as their primary financial institution. About our member councils
Affinity’s nine member councils are comprised of member representatives grouped into geographical regions across Saskatchewan. Member representatives on the Indigenous Member Council serve the whole province instead of a single region.
