Our member representatives play an active role in their local member council and help make a meaningful impact in their communities.
What our member representatives do:
- Direct funding to local community projects and initiatives across Saskatchewan. In 2026, member councils awarded nearly $1.7 million in
community development funding on behalf of Affinity!
- Support the next generation of leaders by selecting 21
Affinity Co-operative Award recipients, each receiving leadership program experience and $2,500.
- Represent Affinity by attending events and member council meetings.
Check back next summer for your chance to apply and become a member representative!

About our member councils
Affinity’s nine member councils are comprised of member representatives grouped into geographical regions across Saskatchewan. Member representatives on the Indigenous Member Council serve the whole province instead of a single region.
