Report a Lost or Stolen Card

Contact us immediately if your MemberCard® or MasterCard® has been lost or stolen, retained by an ATM, or if you notice unauthorized activity on the card.

You can reach our Contact Centre at 1.866.863.6237. If it’s outside regular Contact Centre hours and a representative isn’t available, you’ll have the option to:

  • Press ‘1’ to leave a message.
  • Press ‘2’ to report your MemberCard® lost or stolen, or to report fraudulent activity on the card.
  • Press ‘3’ to report your MasterCard® lost or stolen, or to report fraudulent activity on the card.
