Chief Experience and Operations Officer

Tammy Martins joined the Affinity executive team in July 2022, bringing more than 20 years of experience that spans across multiple industries including financial services, health care and manufacturing.

As Chief Data and Operations Officer, Tammy is passionate about making an impact in a meaningful way through continuous improvement and transformative change. With a deep commitment to our values, Tammy is driven by our aspiration for operational excellence and delivering remarkable member and employee experiences.

With her leadership, our credit union is positioned to deliver on strategic projects and initiatives in an efficient and effective way. Through the use of data, Tammy and her team are fueling growth and innovation to better support our members in reaching their financial goals.

Tammy holds designations as a Project Management Professional and Certified Chief Executive. She’s also a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and certified Lean Leader. She has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Athabasca University and a Master of Business Administration from Royal Roads University.

Tammy lived and worked in both Alberta and Ontario before calling Saskatchewan home in 2009. In her spare time, Tammy enjoys volunteering in the community and participating as a board member for the Friendship Inn.
