Nilesh joined the Affinity executive team in May 2017, tasked with leading the Operations and Data Governance teams. He was appointed as Chief Financial Officer in March 2022 and CEO in February 2024. As CEO, Nilesh strives to continue to serve our members and communities with integrity and excellence.
Nilesh is a Certified Management Accountant, Certified Leadership Coach and Certified Lean Leader with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan, a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Calgary and an ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
His professional background spans a variety of industries, including financial services, oil and gas, utilities, energy and healthcare. No matter the arena, Nilesh has built transformative change and developed teams that exceed expectations.
Nilesh currently serves on the Board of Sanctum Care Group. He was on the Royal University Hospital Foundation Board of Directors from 2015 to 2021 and as Chair of the Audit, Risk and Finance Committee from 2018 to 2020.
