The director election results will be announced at the Annual & Special Meeting on April 15, 2026, and will be published on our website on April 16, 2026. Directors are elected to serve for three-year terms and will assume their positions immediately following the Annual & Special Meeting on April 15, 2026.

As a member, you play an important role in the governance of Affinity Credit Union. The election of directors is one of the most important ways for you to have your say in the governance and direction of Affinity. As a financial co-operative, we need directors who have the knowledge, skills and experience to guide Affinity.

The Board of Directors is comprised of 12 directors who work together to ensure that Affinity remains a forward-looking, responsible and successful credit union, driven by what matters most: our members and communities. Our directors work hard to oversee the affairs and performance of the credit union. They work with the executive team to review, approve and monitor Affinity’s strategic direction and risk appetite, set policies and ensure we comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.
