Under the My Profile tab, click on ‘Change Password’; you’ll be prompted to answer one of your security questions. Then, you’ll enter your old password, the new password, and you’ll be asked to confirm the change.
Forgot your password? You can reset it right from the online banking password page. After an incorrect password attempt, you’ll see a link below the password field that’ll take you through the steps to reset it. We’ll ask you
a few questions to verify your identity so that you can set up a new password. You can also give us a call at 1.866.863.6237 and we’ll get it reset.
