Banking during COVID-19 – here’s how

Protect yourself from COVID-19 by taking your banking online or to the phone.

As much as we love working with our members at our advice centres, we’re focused on promoting the health, safety and well-being of our members, employees and communities.

As government and health leaders encourage citizens to practice social distancing and avoid leaving home as much as possible, we’re doing our part in ensuring that employees are self-isolating and staying home if they’re ill or if they’ve recently travelled abroad – and we respectfully ask for you to do the same. By following self-isolation, social distancing protocols and other government and health official directives, together we can limit the spread

We offer many ways for you to do your banking that don’t require you to visit a physical location.

Of course, you can always reach out to our Contact Centre at 1.866.863.6237 and one of our local advisors will be happy to answer your questions and assist with your banking needs. We’re available Monday to Friday from 7 am to 8 pm, Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm and Sunday 12 pm to 4 pm.

Usually, when we talk about technology and banking, we emphasize convenience. With COVID‑19 now in Saskatchewan, these digital platforms offer more than convenience, they’re tools for health and safety.

We’re here if you need us, but we respectfully ask that if you can manage your banking needs remotely, avoid coming into an Affinity advice centre. We hate to ask members to stay away but we also know that this is one way to limit the spread. We want to keep you and our employees safe.

Small adjustments like these can have a huge impact and we’ll get through this if we work together. By slowing COVID‑19 down we can help save lives. Thank you for your care and consideration.

Don’t have online, mobile or Telebanking? Give us a call at 1.866.863.6237 and we’ll get you set up.
