Our social media pages are monitored between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm seven days a week, even holidays. Have a question, comment or need help? Just send us a message - as long as you post between the hours listed above we'll respond to you within 3 hours.
Just remember, nothing you post on social media is ever completely private. So whether you're posting something on our page, or somewhere else in social media land, make sure it doesn't include and personal or private financial information. We're committed to keeping a close eye on our pages and the public conversations happening online so that we can offer the best experience for all our visitors.
