AgriInvest is a farm savings program overseen by Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC). It’s designed to help farmers like you capitalize on your successes and manage periods of reduced income. Market fluctuations happen, and AgriInvest helps you plan for lean times and roll with every change.
With AgriInvest, you can deposit 100% of your Allowable Net Sales (ANS) each year and the provincial and federal governments will match 1%, up to a maximum of $10,000 each year. You’d need to deposit $1 million to realize the full government contribution.

Your AgriInvest account can’t be overdrawn, assigned or given as security. You can transfer your account to Affinity from another bank or credit union. Contact AAFC and they’ll get you started. Some transfer fees may apply.
