Affinity is introducing a unique member feedback program called Voice of Member. After a service experience with Affinity Credit Union, we want to know how it was for you, and how we did.
That’s why Affinity Credit Union has contracted an independent research company, Corsential, to conduct calls shortly after you’ve completed a transaction with us.
We ask for a few minutes of your time to answer their questions, and let us know your thoughts. The results will be used to improve our member service and provide even better experiences for our members.
This will be an ongoing program and Corsential will be contacting members for feedback beginning March 12, 2012.
