  • open new products under your existing membership
  • schedule appointments for new memberships and get assistance with online membership opening
  • make transactions such as bill payments or transfers
  • apply for loans, lines of credit or mortgages
  • apply or inquire about your Affinity Mastercard®
  • get technical support for our self-serve and digital channels, including password resets
  • make general inquiries such as account balances and stop payments
  • open investment products, i.e. TFSA, RRSP, RESP or term deposits
  • report your Mastercard credit card or Member Card debit card lost or stolen (option available outside of Contact Centre hours by calling 1.866.863.6237)
