This program provides appropriate and effective means of dealing with workplace harassment and its prevention*.
The program is based on workplace harassment and violence legislation.
Subject matter is appropriate for all work environments. Participants learn to:
- Define all forms of harassment and abuse of authority
- Adopt and expect respectful communication
- Seek advice early
- Identify resources
