Financial Learning Tools for Youth
KOSMIKS – Financial learning for ages six to ten

Welcome to KOSMIKS™ - a web site designed for kids aged six to ten, to teach the basics of smart money management.
The KOSMIKS™ web site offers a fun way to teach basic financial literacy through interactive games, challenges, and basic concepts online. The KOSMIKS™ program helps teach about saving, spending, and being responsible with money. And because adults can play too, KOSMIKS™ provides a way for parents and teachers to take an active role in helping our young members prepare for their future.

Mo’ Doh Island – Financial learning for teens

Looking to teach the “about-to-be-adults” crowd about money matters? Want something more engaging that a text book?
Look no further than a trip to Mo’ Doh Island!
Mo’ Doh Island is a media-rich, 3-D virtual online program that provides teens with an entertaining channel to financial education. Players design their own personal avatars ( digital 3-D characters ) and experience ‘life’ situations involving money management. The players are engaged as they learn the ups and downs of handling finances.
The Mo’ Doh Island game is for community-based organizations or schools looking for financial education tools that will reach and engage the “digital generation”.
Mo’ Doh Island gives youth the chance to work independently in an exciting 3-D platform, while learning financial responsibility. It gives the opportunity for adults to collaborate with the participants and get involved in the learning, hands-on.
Affinity Credit Union is proud of our commitment to financial education. We look to work with our community partners to find various solutions to the financial education crisis, and we are pleased to offer this great learning platform to you.
