$20,000 to Quint Development to help families realize their dream of homeownership.
Affinity supports Quint's Neighbourhood Home Ownership Program which enables low-income families achieve affordable and stable homeownership within housing co-operatives in the five core neighbourhoods of Saskatoon.
Through this program, tenants make monthly payments to the housing co-op for five years. At the end of the five years, they have the opportunity to apply for a regular mortgage.
Over the past six years this program has assisted over 100 low-income families in their dreams of being homeowners.
