The app itself is free to download and to use. Costs may come in the way of data charges from your wireless provider.

If you already use Affinity’s Online Banking, just download the Affinity Mobile app from the Google Play Store or the Apple Store and enter your Member Card^® debit card and online banking password to login.

If you haven’t used Affinity’s Online Banking yet, call the Contact Centre toll free at 1.866.863.6237. One of our Contact Centre Representatives will be happy to walk you through the few easy steps to get you up and running. You’ll need your Member Card^® debit card.

Affinity Mobile is compatible with:

• Android 5.0 and higher*
• Apple iOS 12.0 and higher

As an information security best practice, Affinity strongly recommends that you install reputable anti-malware software for your Android device.

Mobile banking for smart phones will work in any country where your mobile carrier’s data plan will work. However, while mobile banking is a free service from Affinity Credit Union, your mobile carrier will charge for accessing data while roaming. Please check with your carrier before using mobile banking for smart phones outside of Canada.

Yes, Affinity Mobile will work if you get a new Member Card^® debit card. However, you will first need to enter the new card number, your password, and answer the security question — replacing the old saved card with your new card.

To download the Affinity Mobile app to your Apple device:

• Go to the App Store
• Search for “Affinity Mobile”
• Download the application
• Log in and start banking!

To download the Affinity Mobile app to your Android™ device:

• Go to Google Play
• Search for “Affinity Mobile”
• Download the application
• Log in and start banking!

When updates for the Affinity Mobile app are available, you'll be notified via your device.
