You can now call TeleService at 934-4000 or toll free 1-866-863-6237, and receive support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can report your Member Card or MasterCard lost or stolen, or talk to someone if you suspect fraudulent activity has occurred on your card. When calling this number after regular TeleService hours, the following 3 options will be available:
- Press 1 to leave a message
- Press 2 to report your Member Card lost or stolen, or if you suspect fraudulent activity on your card
- Press 3 to report your MasterCard lost or stolen, or if you suspect fraudulent activity on your card
