New CEO for Affinity Credit Union

Today, Mark Lane assumes the role of Chief Executive Officer of Affinity Credit Union, one of the top 10 credit unions in Canada. Affinity is the second largest credit union in Saskatchewan, with $2.8 billion in managed assets and a network of 44 branches across the province.
He succeeds George Keter, who is retiring after serving in the credit union system across Canada for the past 30 years.
Lane has been the Chief Operating Officer of Affinity Credit Union since 2008. He has extensive experience in retail banking, mergers and strategic planning and has contributed significantly to the growth and success of the credit union in recent years.
"I am excited to begin this new opportunity" he said. "Affinity Credit Union has evolved significantly over the past decade, the product of numerous mergers, and is viewed as a true leader within both the Saskatchewan and Canadian credit union systems. I look forward to building on our current successes and to helping our teams exceed the expectations of our members."
Mark is married to Brynn and together they have a young family and make their home in Saskatoon.
