TeleService: Representative

TeleService Representatives enable you to handle a growing number of services by phone from the comfort of your home or office. They can also schedule branch appointments for you.

  • Tuesday - Friday: 8:00 am - 8:00 pm

TeleService Representatives can assist you with wide range of services including:

  • Provide information on our all products and services - Financial Planning, Loans, Mortgages, Estate Planning, Investments, etc.
  • Purchase registered (RRSPs) and non-registered products and redeem non-registered GICs
  • Schedule branch appointments
  • Replace MemberCards
  • Place Stop Payments on cheques and Pre-authorized debits
  • Make address changes to your account profile
  • Process bill payments or add bill vendors to your profile
  • Provide information on Foreign currency exchange rates
  • Provide access to your funds from other Credit Unions
  • Provide account transaction information on deposit accounts, business accounts, loans, mortgages, etc.
  • Transfer funds between deposit accounts and Quickline loan
  • Solve account problems/concerns
  • Respond to your e-mail enquiries and messages sent from Online Banking Secure Message Centre
  • Assist you with TeleBanking and Online Banking
